This is a big test for the Republican party.  Will they pass the test.  The democrats virtually stopped most of President Bush's nominees to the Court system.  We will know who is serious about traditional conservative values by how they vote for the next justice on the Supreme Court.  If a flaming liberal gets nominated and a repubic votes for them they should be fired.  I'm so glad that John Paul Stevens retired now.  He thought that he can get a liberal to rep...
