This is a big test for the Republican party.  Will they pass the test.  The democrats virtually stopped most of President Bush's nominees to the Court system.  We will know who is serious about traditional conservative values by how they vote for the next justice on the Supreme Court.  If a flaming liberal gets nominated and a repubic votes for them they should be fired.  I'm so glad that John Paul Stevens retired now.  He thought that he can get a liberal to rep... With the outcry against doing anything that would stop the banks from regulation, the war rally to shut down health care reform and ensure that all insurance companies keep any and all profits they can get, and now the decision from the Supreme Court that all corporations are treated like private citizens and can donate unlimited funds to a candidate or a cause - I have to ask if the conservatives and tea party folks are liking the new face of democracy?
